负责管理机修班的日常工作，有效提高工作效率和维修质量，保障预防维修计划有效实施和紧急设备故障的及时排除，确保生产设备正常运行。负责对机修人员的安全、环境和健康管理，指导对机修员工的安全教育、安全检查、员工健康以及确保安全用品的正确使用。
Responsible fadminister daily job in mechanic section, improve work efficiency maintenance quality,make sure to implement preventive maintenance solve emergency fequipment timely fa  normal running of  production equipment. Be responsible f safety, environment health management of mechanics , give guidance to subordinates to do safety education, safety detection, employee health.
[POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责]
负责机修人员的安全、环境和健康管理工作，指导对机修员工的安全教育、安全检查、员工健康以及确保安全用品的正确使用，杜绝安全事故发生；
Be accountable f safety, environment, health management of mechanics , give guidance to subordinates to do safety education, safety detection, employee health ensure PPE are correctly used to avoid safety accidents.
及时对机器及设备进行修理，如：对机器的轴进行对中等；
Timely perform mechanical repairs to all machines equipment, e.g., alignment
of machine spindles, slides ways.
理解机械图纸，按需要从中找出所要更换零件的材料，尺寸及公差等信息；
Able to read mechanical prints retrieve information concerning bill of materials, component sizes tolerances as needed to identify replace parts.
根据扭矩的要求来选择合适的紧固件进行安装；
Able to identify ｓelect the appropriate fastener fa give job install it properly to meet torque specifications.
对轴承，轴，齿轮，传动皮带，传动链，联轴器，泵，阀门等，按原厂要求进行检       
查，维护，修理，故障处理，对中及更换；
Inspect, maintain, repair, troubleshoot, align, replace bearings, shafts, gears, belt drives, chain drives, couplings, pumps, valves, etc to OEM requirements.
协助管理人员识别备件，并对厂内设备进行挂牌上锁；

对机器设备按照KARS要求进行预防性维护保养；
Perform all preventive predictive maintenance procedures on specified machinery equipment with the requirements of KARS.
完成各类钳工工作；
